Our Projects

CarbonSAFE Phase III

New Mexico Tech plans to perform a comprehensive commercial-scale site characterization study at three proposed storage sites within the San Juan Basin in northwest New Mexico to facilitate the development of the Four Corners Carbon Storage Hub.

Development of the storage hub will positively impact the community by reducing the region’s ambient CO2 concentration; directly and indirectly creating jobs that support the local and regional economy; and providing additional streams of income that will accelerate development from carbon credits.

Project Development - Hotel

Kayenta Hotel will provide 86 individually styled, exclusive rooms for our overnight guests to fully immerse themselves in the affluence and social lifestyle of the traveling tourist.

This new hotel is an approximately 45,850+ square foot facility comprising two buildings on U.S. Highway 160 (Main Street) in Kayenta, AZ. The Kayenta Hotel will be developed into a tourism and vacation-themed hotel with an operating restaurant, gift shop, and coffee bar that will serve patrons visiting the majestic Monument Valley and Grand Canyon tourism destinations.
